An interesting story from the Bangor Daily News (HT: Daily Beast): The validity of Maine's gay marriage legalization hangs in the balance, with voters on both sides trying to finally put the question to rest. The legalization question is joined by six other measures on the ballot, including extending the legalization of medical marijuana and requiring state spending increase caps to equal inflation plus population growth unless given direct voter approval.
